Adjust claims with limited supervision under the CGL policy, commercial auto and other policies. Make coverage and liability determinations. Manage and understand complex litigated casualty claims as well as lead defense counsel in the handling of such litigation. Investigate claims received, prepare coverage and liability denials as well as negotiate settlements with claimants and opposing counsel.
